Employee Health Agreement Covid

Before the start of a position, each employee will certify himself to his supervisor that he must be responsible for leaving the site and seeking medical help and appropriate tests from their doctor. They cannot return to the construction site until they have been released by a doctor. For me, protecting the health and safety of my staff and students is important. That is why I agree that, as part of Norwich University`s general health and safety procedures, I would like to play my part in doing everything in your power to maintain your health by: enough sleep; to leave a balanced and healthy diet, to avoid alcohol; and consume plenty of liquid. The Approved Project Health and Safety Plan (HASP) must be amended by the contractor`s local COVID-19 project manager submitting a written report to the owner`s representative on a daily basis. The COVID-19 manager must confirm that the contractor and all subcontractors are in full compliance with these guidelines. For each site, a site-specific COVID-19 delegate should be designated (who may also be the health and safety officer). Any question of non-compliance with these guidelines constitutes a basis for the suspension of work. The contractor must submit a corrective action plan indicating any non-compliance issues and a problem resolution plan.

The contractor may resume work only after the approval of the plan by the owner. Any additional non-compliance issues may be raised against the contractor`s pre-qualification and certification status. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SICK WORKERS WHO COME TO WORK. IF YOU ARE SICK, STAY HOME! IF YOU FEEL SICK, GO HOME! IF YOU SEE SOMEONE SICK, SEND THEM HOME! Challenges and opportunities await you; The world needs your strength, talent, courage and compassion more than ever…
