    oh my god, this sucks because early on I couldn’t help hoping that there would be something there between mame and shun, not necessarily to the point that he would full on cheat on his wife or anything, but just some development. And then we find out he had a crush on her and that he had it for a long time and I was just like ‘dang, what is going on here.” Although I love the exploration here of unrequited love and how you never know that you’re part of this chain, it’s hard for me not to get sort of lost in the specific feelings shun had (and possibly still has to some degree) for mame. They’re so pure!! I feel bad for his wife though so hopefully nothing happens, but I 100% agree with Yume here that shun and mame would have been a beautiful relationship.

      Right? I was disappointed early on when Shun first announced he was getting married because I liked the idea of him and Mame, but I really like Chika a lot, so I wouldn’t want him to break up with her (or for anything to happen to her).
