Beautiful Everyday ch. 5

First of all, if you were following me on Twitter, unfortunately my account was suspended. I’ve created a new account at megchansscans, so please follow me there. To stay on the safe side, I won’t be posting any direct links there, just updates.

Secondly…I hate to do this, but I have to abandon this series. I just don’t have time for it right now and I feel that it’s better to let go of it and hope someone else picks it up than to hold on to it and feel guilty about not being able to work on it. I will be keeping an eye out to see if anyone picks it up and will be sure to link here if they do. (Or if you are interested, please let me know so I can link! And also so that I can not have it hanging over my head anymore!) Without this and Lovers’ Kiss, I hope to be able to work faster on my remaining projects.

Summary: Karin wants her mom to be happy, but did she have to go and get remarried to a guy with two teenage children? Karin’s new brother has a crush on her and is creepy about it, and her new sister seems to hate her. It doesn’t help that her mom draws hentai manga for a living…some of which just happen to be about step-siblings!

Chapter Summary: It wouldn’t be a Shimura Takako series without more new characters. In this chapter we get introduced to Ayano, a classmate of Karin’s who has a crush on her.

Thank you very much for the work you put into this series. I watched Aoi Hana a long long time ago and discovered this manga when looking through the rest of her work just as you picked it up.

Even if this manga snuck under the radar for a lot of people, it’s an incredibly sweet experience told in an interesting way. Now’s as good a time as any for me to look through the rest of her work.

Well, I’ve translated several other of her works! I also highly recommend her currently running series, Otona ni Nattemo.
