I downloaded volume 1 gunjou and realized that the page jumps to 48 to 51
it's okay?

That's the way Kotonoha scanned it. I don't have the physical volume myself, so I can't check, but I assume it was just blank pages. He did that with every chapter. I have vol. 3 right here and I checked and it does have some blank pages between chapters. I don't know why they did that.
